The company publishes minutes of general meetings of shareholders on its corporate website as soon as practicable. The minutes record substantial and relevant comments or queries from shareholders relating to the agenda of the general meeting, and responses from the Board and Management.

A. Explanation

This Provision provides for the company to prepare minutes of general meetings, and to make them available to shareholders on its corporate website on a timely basis.

Minutes of a meeting serve as an official record of the proceedings.

General meetings are required by law. Similarly, their minutes are also required by law.

These minutes should be made available to shareholders on the company’s website shortly after the general meeting. This can be more efficient and transparent than producing them at the next general meeting, or at shareholders’ request in the intervening period.
