The company maintains a current corporate website to communicate and engage with stakeholders.

A. Explanation

This Provision specifies the website as the medium for communicating and engaging with stakeholders.

With the pervasiveness of the Internet, a web presence is a necessity for communicating with all stakeholders.

However, the value lies not in just having a website but, rather, ensuring that it is:

  • Current: relevant information, especially investor-related information, is updated on a timely basis.
  • Useful: the content is relevant and understandable, and it is designed and organised in a manner that allows investors to find information quickly and easily.
  • Engaging: the website should be designed to engage the relevant stakeholders. Communication should be two-way, so that stakeholders can provide their feedback and the engagement encourages them to return and use the site as the primary communication channel with the company.
