2 | Resource Guide 1.1 Introduction The objective of the Corporate Governance Guides (CG Guides) series is to provide a definitive set of reference materials for Boards and directors of companies, in particular, listed companies in Singapore. The purpose of this Resource Guide is to provide readers with an overall understanding of and a navigation aid for all the Guides in the series. This section provides an overview of the following: • The overall structure of the CG Guides series. • The structure of the Board Guide and the various Committees Guides. • The structure of the eGuide platform, and the structure of its components: − The eGuidebooks. − The eGuide to the Code of Corporate Governance. 1.2 Structure of the CG Guides Series The CG Guides series comprises seven Guides: • The Resource Guide. • The Board Guide. • The Audit Committee Guide (AC Guide). • The Board Risk Committee Guide (BRC Guide). • The Nominating Committee Guide (NC Guide). • The Remuneration Committee Guide (RC Guide). • The eGuide to the Code of Corporate Governance. The first six Guides are available in both printed form (known as Guidebooks) and online on the eGuide platform (known as eGuidebooks), while the eGuide to the Code of Corporate Governance is only available online.
